Userpoints: two new fields proposed for the new 3.x API

This is another request for input/ideas/opinions for the upcoming Userpoints 3.x API, if you use that module.

First read up on the new Userpoints 3.x API if you are not familiar with that. 

Then head over to this issue by the awesome Jacob Redding, and read his proposal, my agreement with him and Greg Knaddison's comments.

Please provide your input, as a followup to the above issue, if you use Userpoints for one or more sites, or if you wrote modules that use the Userpoints API.
